Our Client, a reputable legal firm, is seeking the services of a Receptionist.
Working as the first point of contact, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting clients upon arival, organizing legal files and all other administrative tasks as required.
As the ideal candidate, you will have strong attention to detail and exceptional organization skills, you are able to multitask efficiantly and juggle multiple priorities. You have effective communication skills, enjoy taking initiative and work well in a team orientated environment.
